With reference to the 9th. para-
-graph of my Despatch No. 128 of the 13th. instant, and to
Mr. May's Despatch, and your telegraphic reply thereto,
noted in the margin, I have the honour to inform you that
after very careful consideration I have decided not to
grant compensation in money to Taxlords whose claims to
rent have been disallowed by the Land Court.
